Dial-in instructions and the program materials are emailed to the address on the account that ordered the audioconference 2 days prior to the program. Be sure to check your junkmail folder if you do not see instructions in your Inbox. Occassionally, our registration instructions are caught by security settings. PLEASE NOTE: If for any reason you do not receive your information or welcome kit instructions at least 2 days prior to the conference, please call us immediately at 800-303-0129. What if I can’t attend the live audio conference? After a live conference takes place, the session is available as a MP3 file and electronic transcript (PDF). Both of which are available for purchase separately. How long will it take me to receive my MP3 file? MP3 files take 2-3 weeks to be delivered once the live program takes place. Please be sure you have provided your correct email address when you order. You will also receive the full packet of conference materials as a PDF with your product. How long will it take me to receive my electronic transcript? Transcripts PDF are delivered via email within 4-6 weeks after the live program takes place. Please be sure you have provided a valid email address when ordering to ensure delivery. You will also receive the full packet of conference materials as a PDF with your product. What credit cards do you take? For your convenience we accept the following forms of credit card payment: - Visa - MasterCard - American Express - Discover In addition, we will accept personal and corporate checks. Who should I make my check out to? Please make checks payable to: Research Resources Inc. and be sure to include your complete ordering information with your check. Please include a valid mailing address and phone number. Missing information may delay your order from processing. What is your cancellation policy? If you are unable to attend your ordered event for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. Conference cancellations received 48 hours prior to the start time of the event are refundable. After that, cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee. If you prefer, you may substitute an upcoming audio conference for the one you originally registered for and avoid the $25 processing fee. Or, you may choose to receive the MP3 recording of the event instead. Please note: We reserve the right to reschedule, cancel, or substitute events when necessary. We cannot be held responsible for issues caused by our customers' equipment, so please be sure the necessary items are in place for proper conference attendance. How do I order through fax or mail?
