The number one concern of many foreign researchers is making sure they maintain proper immigration status to eventually receive a green card to stay in the United States permanently. Don’t let your researchers' immigration status hinder the advancement of your research. As a PI, the more you know about their options and how you can help them, the more foreign researchers will be able to focus on working for you!

This on-demand training will be helpful to any professionals concerned with full compliance with immigration rules and regulations concerning laboratory researchers from other countries.

5 Key Take-Aways:

  • Tactics to keep researchers here under temporary status (other than the J-1 and H-1 permits)
