The Principal Investigators Association (PIA) is an independent organization created to communicate and promote among scientists in all fields of research best practices and continuing professional education for garnering financial support and optimally using monetary, material, and personnel resources so as to increase the scope, efficiency and productivity of scientific inquiry. It is a not-for-profit corporation.
